FOX Factory Inc Associate Supervisor Swing Watsonville CA 95076 LI* PVT For over three decades FOX has been an industry leader in design development high performance shock absorbers racing suspension products snowmobiles mountain bikes motorcycles ATVs UTVs off road cars trucks SUVs Position Overview Supervises workers Bench Assembly Machine Shop related functions hand tools jigs power tools precision measurement tools equipment floor bench stations machine operators materials movement equipment manufacturing positions Responsibilities include studies work schedules estimates time complete orders specific work assigned employees span control Interprets specifications blueprints job orders assigns duties Establish adjusts work procedures meet production schedules knowledge capacities machines equipment Examines assembled machined products parts determine items meet tolerance specifications Ensures failed products parts repaired meet specifications Recommends measures improve methods performance quality product parts suggests changes working conditions increase efficiency Analyzes resolves work problems assists employees solving work problems Trains evaluates employees performance assist employees meeting production goals Provides input higher level supervisors managers items production reports time attendance reports training needs equipment repair replacement Recommends initiates promotions transfers disciplinary actions This Supervisor take afternoon evening shift Must able to work some Saturdays Requirements Qualifications Minimum high school education Some specific training certifications machining manufacturing material movement years manufacturing machining experience Strong communication skills written verbal Minimum year experience lead role We look forward hearing you
