- Execute the following Accounting tasks for multiple clients:
- Record receipts and deposits weekly
- Categorize the bank feeds and enter missing transactions
- Manage accounts payable and receivables using Melio or
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll preparation and processing
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Maintain thorough financial files following clients document retention policy
- Assist with the preparation of Form 1099-M
- Use Keeper to ask client questions about uncategorized transactions and to request documents
- Utilize Asana to collaborate with other team members, manage weekly and monthly tasks, and
request information from the client - Communicate with clients via telephone, Zoom, and email to answer questions and troubleshoot
- Bring fresh ideas to help improve processes
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelors degree in business or accounting
- QuickBooks Online experience
- Non-Profit Experience
- 4+ years Accounting/Bookkeeping experience
- Strong attention to detail and able to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in MS Suite
