    At Quantexa we are expanding our project delivery teams rapidly as clients adopt our technology across the financial crime and customer lifecycle management domains.

    As such, we are growing our teams in our target geographies, including North America. In support of this we are seeking an SVP of Delivery North America. As NA Delivery Lead, Leading the Quantexa Delivery team in North America
    As Delivery Manager, running a portfolio of client projects for clients within the region

    Our NA Delivery team is currently located primarily in Boston, Toronto and with some remote workers. Our delivery teams support our clients and partners with their implementation of the Quantexa platform. Our projects all follow agile principles and structure.

    As our projects increase in size and complexity we are adopting "agile at scale" methodology to co-ordinate and describe the interactions between multiple scrum teams and to manage the overarching delivery and release plan across multiple stakeholders.

    As Delivery Lead for

    North America:

    You will report directly to the Chief Services Officer to help define and deliver the Delivery function's overall goals.

    You will be leading the North American Delivery team setting strategy and providing a strong sense of direction, belonging and well-being.

    In line with our culture, you will be proactive in managing performance and wellbeing issues with support from the People Team
    You will work directly with all of our clients in the region to support their projects to deploy, enhance and support technology systems using Quantexa technology
    You will support all areas of the Quantexa business in the region as we expand and grow our offerings and our delivery and GTM partners as they tackle implementation projects using our technology
    You'll provide local office leadership in our main delivery offices


    As Delivery Manager:
    You will run a portfolio of projects to one or more global clients. Being the primary point of contact for the client for all aspects of delivery including commercials, governance, reporting, team formation and quality
    You'll lead and manage the delivery teams engaged across your projects and ensuring their wellbeing and continued effectiveness
    You will work with relevant partners and partner staff engaged on your projects to develop their skillsets and enhance the partner capabilities
    You'll be working across sales and our customer office to manage the overall client relationship including identifying new opportunities and forecasting ongoing project demand
    You will drive continuous improvement across your delivery projects and feeding back process improvements to wider delivery teams and where appropriate identifying improvements to feedback to our Product and R&D teams
    You demonstrate strong client engagement management, for example, gained via a professional services, or a client facing, environment in a technology company, and the ability to deal with senior and challenging stakeholders
