In this role, you will collaborate with other attorneys in our office, managing multiple cases at a time.

You will prepare litigation reports and risk assessments, draft legal documents, and make court appearances on behalf of our clients.

Applicants for this position must have a license to practice law and litigation experience with a proven record of success.

As a trial attorney, your responsibilities include meeting with clients, working with a legal team to gather evidence and witnesses, assembling the case, and presenting it in the trial.

In addition to a thorough law knowledge, you need excellent public speaking and debate skills.

Lauderdale office, with no remote/ hybrid schedule. Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts, 9:00am-6:30pm
Law degree from an accredited law school

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida
• 3+ years of litigation experience, with an emphasis in plaintiff's bodily injury preferred
