    Job Title: Line Supervisor (2nd Shift)

    Company and Role Overview: Looking for a Line Supervisor to join our team and oversee production line operations.

    Position Overview: As a Line Supervisor, you will manage day-to-day operations, ensure production targets are met, and maintain quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Lead a team, provide guidance, training, and support for accurate and efficient task completion.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise Production Line: Oversee smooth operation and target achievement.
    • Team Leadership: Motivate, assign tasks, and ensure policy adherence.
    • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards.
    • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and address concerns promptly.
    • Production Planning: Coordinate for efficient scheduling and allocation.
    • Inventory Management: Monitor and ensure adequate supplies.
    • Continuous Improvement: Identify enhancements and optimize efficiency.
    • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and generate production reports.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous supervisory experience in food production.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Understanding of food safety regulations.
    • Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail.
    • Flexibility to work varied shifts.

    Education:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Additional education in food science or related preferred.
