    Property Accountant:

    • In this role, you will handle all the monthly accounting for a portfolio.
    • Processing AP/AR and payroll.
    • Reconcile bank accounts.
    • Prepares month-end accrual adjustments for multifamily properties.
    • Assists in budget development and analysis for multifamily properties.

    Requirements:

    • BS in Accounting a plus.
    • Yardi Voyager Software experience.
    • Strong Excel skills required.
    Salary for the
