    Description

    An award-winning and multi-disciplinary Architecture/Engineering firm is currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead/manage exciting and complex projects within the Higher Education, Government, Science and Technology and Healthcare market sectors for their Boston, MA office.

    Lead and manage complex and large-scale projects throughout the U.


    Design Mechanical Systems including:
    heating, cooling, heat rejection, air distribution, ventilation, air conditioning, building automation and controls
    Manage multi-disciplinary teams on projects related to Government, Healthcare, Higher Education, Science & Technology, Mission Critical and Mixed-Use
    Assist in procurement of high-quality work; including marketing/proposal efforts and project interviews
    Perform on-site condition surveys
    Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure cost-effective delivery
    Professional Degree in Engineering from a four-year accredited university is required
    ~ LEED AP BD C is preferred
    ~ Familiarity with BIM
    ~ Thorough understanding of engineering systems and advanced engineering principles and calculations
    ~ Project Management and supervision experience
    ~ Knowledge in sustainable building design
