    About Position

    We belong to Jabil's Cloud and Enterprise Infrastructure group and are looking for a Computer Engineering or Software Engineering summer intern who is interested in learning more about Cloud Server management and architecture.

    In this role you will:

    • Use RESTful APIs
    • Create and define Tool requirements
    • Implement a python based CLI tool
    • Learn and understand Server Architecture
    • Learn and Understand Server Management
    • Utilize Agile Coding Practices

    Intern Responsibilities

    • Learn about DMTF Redfish
    • Review product API reference material
    • Work directly with firmware architects
    • Create and plan sprints based on tool requirements
    • Learn and utilize git for code management
    • Perform unit testing on developed code

    Minimum Qualifications-

    • Major(s): Computer Engineering or Software engineering
    • Class Year(s): Junior, Senior or first year of Master's program
    • GPA: 2.7+
    • Technical Skills: Python Code Development
    • Effective Communication and Self-starter – Ability to drive work and work independently
    • Leadership Skills: Agility, Building Trusting Relationships, Decision Making Skills, & Resilience

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Technical Skills to include, but not limited to:
    • HTTP Protocol
    • RESTful APIs
    • Git
    • Agile Development Process
    • PEP8 Coding Standards
