- Test our IVD system in-house, following instructions provided by the engineering teams.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs of systems.
- Organize and maintain our facilities, tools, and related supplies.
- Provide feedback to engineers regarding build design and instructions.
- Collaborate with our R&D and field service engineers to refine our technical documents, such as assembly standard operating procedures (SOPs) and test protocols
- Provide feedback to engineers regarding design and process improvement projects.
- Proficiency with tools and equipment commonly used in a hardware manufacturing and
test environment, such as hand tools, power tools (electric/air), measurement tools, and
electrical tools (multimeter and similar) - 2+ years professional experience assembling and/or testing complex systems
- Ability to occasionally move items weighing up to 50 lbs around the facility, with
reasonable accommodations - Proficiency in reading and comprehending technical documents, such as assembly
SOPs and test processes. - Ability to work from our San Francisco office 5 days a week
- Knowledge of electrical circuits, mechanical components, and sensors commonly used
in IVD systems or automation systems is a plus - Good organizational skills as well as written/verbal communications skills

Job DescriptionSalary:Purpose:
We're looking for a self-motivated mechanical technician to build, test, troubleshoot,
and repair Cytovale systems and associated hardware, including internal development
prototypes. You will be a key member of the Operations team and will facilitate product and
process improvement projects to improve the quality of Cytovale systems.
