We are seeking a skilled grinder for full time work in Cleveland. The grinder will be responsible for operating grinding machines to shape materials according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating various types of grinding equipment and will ensure that all work meets quality standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate grinding machinery to grind, sand, polish, or shape materials.
2. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, or other specifications to determine work requirements.
3. Set up and adjust machines to achieve the desired results.
4. Monitor machine operations to ensure workpieces meet quality standards.
5. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications.
6. Perform routine maintenance on grinding equipment.
7. Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience as a grinder or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
3. Familiarity with operating grinding machinery and tools.
4. Ability to read blueprints, drawings, or specifications.
5. Strong attention to detail and quality.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Good communication skills.
8. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
