    The Credentialed Trainer delivers training programs, workshops and classes and at the elbows support to the organization. Manages the training session through effective facilitation processes that enable efficient delivery of curriculum and a training environment conducive to learning. Uses up-to-date knowledge and skills associated with the content being delivered and often acts as a subject matter expert in the technical/functional area of the content. Design/revises training materials and creates activities to support the curriculum. Determines audience needs and adapts program delivery accordingly. Requires travel to facilities within the system.     The Credentialed Trainer responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

    Prepares for and leads end-user training using a standard curriculum.

    Applies concepts of adult learning theory and action learning in development and delivery of training via a variety of blended learning modalities, . classroom, video-teleconference, telephonic, electronic, etc.

    Understands INTEGRIS business/clinical issues and strategies and applies this knowledge to provide examples to illustrate key points and increase impact of training/facilitation.

    Collaborates with Instructional Designers in assessing training needs through quality reports, incident reports, direct observation and multidisciplinary collaboration. * Collaborates with Instructional Designers on updating training materials.

    Leverages Learning Management System technology to deliver, administer and track training. Ensures accurate record management. * Facilitates discussions that may be controversial while understanding the agendas and perspectives of others.

    Contributes to the evaluation by collecting feedback from trainees and collaborating with the Instructional Designer, evaluating feedback and making applicable changes to training in collaboration with the Instructional Designer.

    Administers end user proficiency assessments.

    Supports end users with "at the elbow" support.

    Administers refresher, optimization, and skills enhancement training.

    Conducts program costs, benefits and outcome analysis. ICP Only:

    Facilitates Service Desk troubleshooting for all departmental areas.

    *Reports to the department Manager or Director.

    Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, Communication or Health Care related field or an equivalent combination of education and formal training experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position.

    Previous work experience using verbal and written communication to a variety of audiences through a range of modalities preferred.

    Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

    Must obtain Credentialed Trainer Certification.

    Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)

    Previous experience using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    This job requires the incumbents to operate a INTEGRIS owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non INTEGRIS owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Drivers License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
