Infosys is seeking Stress Analysis Engineer. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering, we will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience in Aerospace Industry as a Stress Engineer.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area.
U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Aerospace industry and standards
Comprehensive knowledge Stress analysis of Aero structures, Nacelle and EBU systems
Experience in metallic and Composites structural analysis.
Experience in both metallic and composite structures/components
Experience in Load, stress calculations and preparing technical reports
Experience in Finite Element Analysis tools (Nastran, Patran)
Experience in static, fatigue and damage tolerance calculations
Strong oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of Aerospace industry and standards
Experienced in PATRAN, NASTRAN, FEMAP
Experience in MRB and SRM
Experience in CATIA V5, Enovia
Ability to excel in a hybrid virtual / on-site environment in a highly dynamic, team-oriented atmosphere
