    Position Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Hardware Compliance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and a deep understanding of compliance regulations and standards.

    Essential Functions

    Ensure that all electrical systems and products meet compliance regulations and standards

    Develop and implement compliance testing procedures

    Conduct regular audits to ensure ongoing compliance

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance throughout the product development lifecycle

    Stay up to date with changes in regulations and standards and adjust compliance procedures accordingly

    Provide guidance and support to other teams on compliance-related matters

    Support risk analysis activities, including risk management plans, hazard analysis, FMEA, and risk management reports

    Requirements:

    Required & Preferred Competencies

    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware compliance engineering

    Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and standards, including, but not limited to EN\IEC 61000, IEC 61010

    Knowledge of EMC/EMI mitigation techniques

    Experience developing and implementing compliance testing procedures

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
