- Provide comprehensive estate planning services, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
- Counsel clients on strategies to minimize estate taxes and ensure the efficient transfer of assets to beneficiaries.
- Assist clients with probate and estate administration matters, including filing necessary documents and resolving disputes.
- Advise clients on the establishment and administration of various types of trusts, including revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, and special needs trusts.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to estates, wills, and trusts.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and objectives, and provide tailored legal solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
