Job summary
The RN at Cornerstone Hospice House provides direct care to patients and families as part of an Interdisciplinary Group (IDG), incorporating psychosocial, spiritual, cultural, physical and biological components.
They assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care within IDG parameters
- Educates patients/family/caregivers on disease process decline palliative interventions safety practices
- Presents concise verbal reports to IDG respects input from all disciplines
