Human Touch Home Health is seeking dependable Home Health Aides (HHA) for a PRN (as-needed) position serving patients in Blacksburg and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing
Assist with mobility and transfers
Monitor and report changes in patient condition
Maintain a safe and respectful home environment
Complete required documentation accurately and timely
Requirements
Certificate of completion required for one of the following:
DSP (Direct Support Professional)
CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)
Care Companion program
Previous home care experience preferred
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently
Strong communication and professionalism
This is a PRN position based on patient needs and your availability.
