About the Unit/Department/Team This Hospital Nursing Department supports the mission, vision and values of Lakewood Health System. We are a 25 bed Critical Access hospital serving Medical, Surgical, and Swing Bed Patients and Families. Our team consists of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Health Unit Coordinators and Nursing Assistants.

    The Hospital team provides a plan of care based on Provider instruction and Nursing Care Planning to meet patient goals providing optimal care for their health and safety to promote quality of life.

    Duties & Responsibilities OR Position Summary The Med/Surg RN, provides direct care to patients dealing with illnesses, injuries or surgeries.

    Their duties include admitting, assessing and monitoring patients, administering medications, coordinating care with the Provider, documenting cares and treatments along with other nursing cares as indicated.

    Position Type Part time or full time hours available for this position, working every third weekend rotating shifts and holidays.

    Qualifications Qualifications Must maintain active Minnesota RN license.
