- Responsible to collect documentation related to accounts payable
- Prepare disbursement checks
- Wire payments
- Investigate discrepancies in documentation
- Make petty cash disbursements
- Responsible to learn, understand, and apply Use Tax as it relates to invoices within the states that we have physical locations
- Perform accounts payable aging reviews
- Responsible for preparing bank reconciliations for domestic entity bank accounts
- Other assigned duties as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent, 2 year college or Associate Degree preferred
- 3 years of general accounting clerk or equivalent experience in an office environment
- Computer experience with spreadsheets and word processor
- 10-key
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- High degree of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
