Responsibilities
,- ,Works in various landfill areas including scalehouse transfer station demolition hill recycling centers Operates heavy equipment such as bulldozers compactors excavators loaders graders roll-off trucks Uses equipment to collect manage solid waste recyclables Collects transports landfill materials using front loaders roll-off trucks Loads compacts waste using front-end loaders backhoes related equipment Inspects waste for recycling compliance prohibited hazardous materials Assists transport debris landfills Directs dumping activities educates public proper landfill use Conducts daily inspections ensure safe operation Maintains grounds roadways access areas Assign staff appropriate tasks when needed Performs other duties assigned ,
Qualifications
,- ,High School Diploma equivalent at least one 1 year experience operating heavy motorized equipment Must have valid driver license ,
