    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

    • Personnel activities including tracking employee information, compliance, and benefits programs
    • Manage all office administrative activities, including daily mail and FedEx / UPS Package deliveries and shipments, ordering of office supplies, maintenance of office equipment, and other day-to-day office operations
    • Onboarding new hires and answering general company process or policy questions
    • Assist with employee transfers and offboarding
    • Device and technology management
    • Onboarding new 1099 subcontractors, ensuring all data is accurate and meets current requirements
    • Maintain compliance in multiple areas including employee 401(k)s, health insurance, company and subcontractor insurance (general liability, workers comp), etc.
    • Monitor and complete expense reports, ensuring submission accuracy
    • Work with vendors and respond quickly to vendor questions
    • Fleet management
    • Assist the Shared Services department in special projects; including but not limited to Open Enrollment for Health/Dental Insurance, 401(k), Audits, Referral Program

    COMPENSATION: $60,000 - $65,000

    WHO YOU ARE:

    • Has a minimum of 2 years professional experience
    • Bilingual (Spanish / English) is preferred but not required
    • Experience with setting up and managing devices through MDM; specifically iPhones, iPads, laptops and desktop
    • Proven track record working with Compliance and Office Administration
    • Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • A positive, self-driven, welcoming, and team-oriented personality
    • Ability to thrive with minimal supervision
    • Outstanding skills in detail orientation, data entry, organization and follow-through
    • Ability to work with and securely manage sensitive and confidential information
    • Flexible and willing to deal with multiple requests at a time
    • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
