Act as a key strategic consultant with Technology leaders for driving and refining compensation strategy Participate in the development and drive the execution of compensation processes and initiatives such as annual review incentive and equity plans competitive ad hoc analyses projects and reporting for assigned client groups

Qualifications

  • 10 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree e.g Masters MBA JD MD or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required Typically requires a minimum of 10+ years progressively responsible business HR experience with majority in compensation roles Strong teamwork skills required to work in a fast-moving matrix environment Excellent written verbal communication skills including interpersonal presentation skills Ability to present information in a concise meaningful manner to managers senior leaders Demonstrated teamwork relationship-building skills ability to lead by influence example Strong analytical skills ability to develop quantitative models e.g business case complex forecasting Exceptional accuracy attention to detail Excellent project management skills ability to drive consensus cross regional cross functional teams Ability exercise good judgment handle confidential information Strong knowledge MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Knowledge Workday compensation management tools i.e CompAnalyst desirable Ability work fast-paced changing environment Experience working global environment compensation related issues strongly preferred Knowledge equity plans international issues preferred Additional Information Work Hours Varies upon department needs Travel Requirements This position travel percent time MentalPhysical Requirements This position will performed office setting The position require incumbent sit stand desk communicate person telephone frequently operate standard office equipment telephones computers Visa EEO Employer Qualified applicants receive consideration employment without regard race color religion sex national origin sexual orientation gender identity disability protected veteran status Visa consider employment qualified applicants criminal histories manner consistent EEOC guidelines applicable local law Article San Francisco Police Code UAPPLICANTS ONLY The estimated salary range this position USD per year may include potential sales incentive payments if applicable Salary vary job-related factors which may include knowledge skills location In addition this position eligible bonus equity Visa comprehensive benefits package this position may eligible that includes Medical Dental Vision FSA HSA Life Insurance Paid Time Off Wellness Program
