Under general supervision, this position ensures and is responsible for triaging incoming new patient referrals to determine the level of referral urgency.
Provides general clinical support for the division as a whole as needed to increase efficiency in the office and professionalism and teambuilding among faculty and staff.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and computer literacy/ data entry skills are required.Position Requirements:
Required:
High School Diploma or GED, with five (5) years' clinical/clerical experience
Must be:
(1) able to type 40 words per minute; (2) file; (3) copy documents; (4) maintain copier, printer, and other equipment; type correspondence as needed; (7) high level of independence required in problem-solving and effectiveness (8) ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and function independently and be able to prioritize referrals.
Preferred:
Strong background in Clinical, Customer Service, and handling the large workload.
