- Review, verify, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving reports.
- Ensure proper coding of invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Prepare and perform check runs.
- Maintain vendor files and ensure accurate and complete documentation.
- Reconcile vendor statements and correct any discrepancies.
- Assist in month-end closing by preparing various account reconciliations.
- Experience in Netsuite Software is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable or Accounting experience
- A BS in a relevant field is a plus
