- Develop and execute a comprehensive maintenance strategy to ensure the proper functioning of all facilities and equipment.
- Create preventive maintenance schedules and programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of assets.
- Regularly assess the condition of facilities and equipment to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks, providing training, and evaluating performance.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, safety, and accountability within the maintenance team.
- Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair services.
- Negotiate contracts, review vendor performance, and maintain positive relationships.
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing systems, lighting, security, sortation, forklifts, stock pickers, turret trucks and packaging equipment and safety protocols.
- Stay informed about relevant regulations and codes related to building maintenance, safety, and environmental standards.
- Ensure all facilities meet compliance requirements and maintain necessary records and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.

Your role is crucial in ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-functioning work environment for employees.You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, coordinate with external vendors, and develop and implement strategies to optimize facility management processes.
