Job Summary

A fully licensed MD or DO is needed to provide quality family medicine services across the lifespan to patients in an underserved community.

Key Responsibilities

The Physician will:

Provide a full range of Primary Care services including acute and chronic illness management.

This position reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

A current state license to practice.
DEA and state controlled substances licenses also required.
Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of an accredited residency program.
Minimum two years clinical experience.
