- Act as the primary point of contact for specific group of private sector and external partners.
- Appropriately direct partner questions, concerns, or requests to proper POC.
- Act as the voice with other stakeholders for the partner group.
- Partner with OPS units to draft materials, products, etc.
- Gather partner feedback and input using electronic/telephonic surveys and other tools.
- Analyze and craft recommendations around new processes/policies/tools based on feedback.
- Develop and implement business processes to include but not be limited to membership, vetting, field partner identification, communication flows, and private sector campaign proposals.
- Work independently and within a team to develop key deliverables including stakeholder identification associated costs, mapping of connections both internal and external, and implementation plans.
- Analyze data from partner organizations, programs, and ongoing initiatives to include converting data into excel, incorporating formulas and developing charts/tables, and utilizing visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Travel locally and domestically to support key events and conferences and assist with planning efforts.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Six (6) years of relevant experience
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience providing expertise and customer service to offsite stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with emphasis on communicating detailed analysis and recommendation to customers.
- Experience working in collaborative sessions.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Experience with project planning, coordination, and execution.
- Strong leadership, facilitator, and team building experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
