- Work closely and coordinate with our technical and production teams to ensure quality, research and follow-up on any service delays, and help to resolve client related problems.
- Communicate with clients/sales staff/other internal teams by phone, email, or letter in a professional and courteous manner.
- Keep track and document all activity, issues, open items, etc. in various internal systems.
- Allow for a flexible schedule to attend extended client meetings, conventions, training, or dinners as required. Occasional travel to a client location is sometimes necessary.
- Must live within a commutable distance to Bethlehem, PA office
- Training will be on-site everyday for ~1 - 2 months before transitioning to hybrid/remote
- Employees are required to report on-site throughout the year due to client and team meetings
