- Involvement with the design of automotive wiring harnesses and electrical distribution systems
- Involvement with the design of other automotive parts such as structures, components and enclosures
- Work on design specification, testing, validation and acceptance to provide the correct working procedures
- Work on Bill of Materials (BOMs) to align them with CAD software
- Share technical knowledge and expertise when participating in design reviews
- Help resolve any issues within design, manufacture and supplier quality by providing support
- Liaise with different teams to help source quality materials and connect with different wiring harness suppliers
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical etc.)
- Experience with an Electrical Schematic software package (CATIA is preferred)
- Must have previous experience working on wiring harness design
- Knowledge of High-Voltage Electrical Systems
- Experience working on Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Previous background working within the Automotive or Electrical Vehicle industry is preferred
