Job summary

We are seeking a well-organized individual to perform tasks in Payroll Purchasing and other Business Office functions.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and reconciliation of the district's bi-weekly payrolls
  • Purchasing/Bidding ongoing maintenance of employee files
  • Employee will be cross trained in other business office duties < h2 > < b > Skills < /h2 > < ul > < li > Excellent verbal written communication and computer skills - required
