Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and other common spaces.
- Execute detailed floor care tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to keep surfaces looking their best.
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
- Ensure sanitation standards are met by disinfecting surfaces, appliances, and high-touch areas to promote a healthy environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and stored properly for efficiency.
- Assist with light cooking or meal prep if required by clients to support household routines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and sanitation practices.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery.
- Familiarity with laundry processes and household sanitation standards.
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial roles is advantageous.
