    Job Description

    Scope:

    The Laundry attendant ensures clean linens are available for members and employees in the spa and supports other department's laundry requirements as directed and ensures a clean sanitary environment is maintained in the Fitness, tennis and spa areas.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Laundry
    • Cleaning Fitness, Spa and tennis areas
    • Wipes and sanitizes fitness equipment
    • Fills Shower and bathroom amenities
    • Participates in repairs and maintenance
    • Supports ordering process and maintains inventory of essentials related to the job function
    • Reports maintenance needs and ensure safe and optimal operation of all equipment
    • Cross trains to support other fitness, tennis and spa departments
    • Supports all pool areas with supplies and cleanliness

    Qualifications:

    Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred

    Certification and/or License Requirement:

    Skills:

    Multi tasking

    Able to work in a fast paced environment

    Attention to detail

    Customer service

    Customer service experience.

    Previous experience preferred in a spa.

    Excellent customer service skills and strong work ethic.

    Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.

    Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational.

    Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.

    Excellent verbal and written skills.

    Strong team player.

    Ability to lift 25 lbs

    Working Conditions:

    Mostly indoors and does require outdoor activities

    Required Nights, Weekends and Holidays
