Sanden Corporation has an immediate opening for a Sales Manager located onsite in Plymouth, MI. This is an exciting opportunity to assist in the development and deployment of the commercial and strategic activities for Sandens North American Heavy-Duty truck and Off-Highway client base. The ideal candidate will have experience with developing and sales strategies and growing market share for Heavy Duty truck and Off-Highway customers.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing a product strategy to meet the companys one year and five-year business plans.

• Act as the focal point of communication between Sanden and our Heavy-Duty Truck and Off-Highway customers, including the Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Service and Warranty functions.
• Build new business relationship and grow current relationships with key customer personnel for a mutually beneficial relationship.
• Develop strategies to utilize trade shows, customer and dealer events, and industry conferences towards new business opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and execute a monthly, yearly, and long-range (5+ years) business plan.
• Prepare and distribute a monthly sales forecast based on both macroeconomic and industry-specific factors for our North American Heavy-Duty truck and Off-Highway markets.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business or Engineering (Preferred); MBA highly desirable
• years' experience in Technical Sales/Account Management, with a proven track record of driving measurable and meaningful business results
• experience working with Heavy Duty truck and Off-Highway clients
• computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• to travel up to 50%, both domestically and internationally
