    Description

    PSI Pax, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Financial Analyst to support our government customer, the NAWCAD Comptroller, in Patuxent River, MD.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Utilize Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) business and financial system to extract, analyze and interpret business and financial reports and all data combined therein.
    • Provide business analysis and data collection support and coordination of all business and financial corporate data calls for Digital/Network Applications (DNA) Department and Digital Analystics Infrastructure & Technology Advancement (DAiTA) Group.
    • Research, gather, and compile data for responses to various action items, data calls, and project related requirements information. Research and provide data for statistical/informational graphs and reports.
    • Create and complete Purchase Requisitions (PRs), including new contracts, amendments, and de-obligations, ceiling realignments and incremental funding.
    • Serve as a liaison to DNA stakeholders including Customers, CORs, BFMs, etc. while managing the full lifecycle of each purchasing requisition and ensuring that all materials purchases requisitions are accurately completed.
    • Maintain status on outstanding Purchase Requisitions that have been submitted to contracts, pull award documents, and update tracking information.
    • Process award documents. Process and develop recovery check workbooks and contract comparison workbooks.
    Required Qualifications:
    • Secret clearance required to start.
    • Must have one (1) to three (3) years of financial work experience in addition to required education.
    • Must have experience with Navy ERP
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • NAWCAD/NAVAIR specific experience is desired.
    Education Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree with at least one (1) year of experience related to the above description
    • OR an Associate's with at least four (4) years of experience related to the above description
    • OR a High School Diploma/GED with at least six (6) years of related experience
