Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and repair of all facilities and equipment within our organization.

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and landscaping

Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues
Repair or replace defective equipment parts
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities
Supervise and coordinate contractors for specialized repairs
Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies

Proficiency in English for effective communication

Strong customer service skills when interacting with staff and vendors
Electrical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
Experience with Facilities Maintenance to ensure proper functioning of buildings
Leadership abilities to supervise maintenance staff
Familiarity with logic controllers for automated systems maintenance
Welding skills for metalwork repairs
Mechanical knowledge to work on machinery and equipment
Experience in supervising maintenance tasks
