    Job Role: Senior Help Desk

    Location: Madison, Wisconsin 53703.

    (Onsite or Hybrid or Remote): Hybrid (2 day onsite & 3 days remote)

    Contract Duration: 6+ months with possible extension.

    • Lead a team of contract support personnel specializing in troubleshooting Microsoft M365, Teams, and IT issues.
    • Identify and implement improvements to policies and procedures for issue identification, documentation, distribution, and resolution.
    • Ensure maximum efficiency in issue resolution, minimizing downtime for end users.
    • Evaluate new information systems products or services and recommend changes to enhance user experience.
    • Possess at least 3 years of experience in the field, demonstrating familiarity with industry concepts, practices, and procedures.
    • Exercise extensive experience and judgment to plan and achieve team goals.
    • Independently perform a variety of tasks, showcasing creativity and strategic thinking to drive success.
