Job summary
The Senior Acquisition Associate will provide financial analysis and underwriting of potential development opportunities utilizing Excel. They will develop detailed, complex financial models that are used by New Construction Team to value real-estate investments.- Maintain ownership of financial model throughout deal lifecycle, including responsibility for assumptions and calculations within model.
- Perform rent studies and market tours for prospective and active development deals.
