    Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader

    Location: CHATTANOOGA, TN 37416
    Duration: 12 MONTHS

    Shift: - Availability for Mon - Fri 2 - 10:30 pm and some Saturday

    Availability to train on 1st shift (Mon - Fri 6 am – 2:30 pm) for approximately a month maybe 1.5 months

    This is a shift supervisor position that needs to have:

    • team management experience

    • a strong work record

    • good time management skills

    • reliable transportation

    • forklift experience is preferred but will be considered on a case to case basis

    • Delivers monthly control plans established by customer based on Lastenheft service agreement

    • Delivers 5S control in all functional areas

    • Coordinates Client planning and assurance

    • Supervises work of the Material Handlers, Mix Room Attendants, Kitting

    • Supports paint shop process systems with customer

    • Responsible for continuous improvement projects management

    • Ability to adapt to flexible shifts (day & afternoon shifts), work schedules (weekends), required overtime and job duties.

    · Forklift experience is preferred but will be considered on a case to case basis
