Synergy Health, Inc. is looking for a full-time, Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team and provide counseling services to adults experiencing substance use, mental health, or co-occurring behavioral health challenges . The ideal candidate has a master's degree in a human services field, a master's-level professional license, experience providing behavioral health counselling, and a commitment to providing quality care.
The Licensed Clinical Therapist will work as part of Synergy Health, Inc.'s outpatient services programming. They will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing individualized treatment plans, providing counseling services, and maintaining clinical documentation. Salary range between $60,000-$75,000 annually; based on experience and licensure status. Full-time employees also have access to six (6) weeks flexible paid time off each year. Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients.
- Participate in treatment plan development and provide progress updates to clients.
- Conduct assessments to diagnose behavioral health challenges.
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to coordinate care for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment goals.
- Provide education and resources to clients.
Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree in a Human Services field (Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, etc.)
- Licensure: An active, Master's-level professional license; will consider applicants who are under supervision or completing the licensure process
- Experience: Previous clinical therapist work experience required; 5+ years behavioral health work experience or training preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to complete and pass the WVCARES background check process
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60, $75,000.00 per year
