Job summary
Facility is currently looking for Full Time Part Time and PRN Positions as charge nurse leader at state of the art skilled nursing facility providing direct care to patients ensuring excellent care delivery on nursing units.
Responsibilities
- Assists in responsibility for total patient care within nursing unit management of unit.
- Provides direct nursing care to patients carries out administrative patient care duties as directed by ADON DON supervises assumes responsibility for actions delivered by nurse associates monitoring responding policies procedures regarding such duties administers medication treatment per Physician orders specific patient instructs observes implementation based Physician clinician standard practice assists directs admission discharge process patients.
