Job summary
The MRI Technologist Assistant works as a member of the MRI team, reporting to the MRI Manager. This role supports the patient experience and acts as a liaison between the registration and scheduling team, and the MRI department to ensure communication and patient care is maintained.- Makes outbound calls to or takes inbound calls from patients to confirm their appointment, review MRI screening questions, and answer patient questions.
- Displays excellent patient care while maintaining continuous communication between the patient
