Job Summary
The primary responsibilities of the Emergency, Outpatient, Inpatient and Clinic patient access representatives are to accurately register and pre-register all medical patients receiving services at Southwest Health System.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Additional languages preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
