- Oversee the daily operations of the staffing department including: recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance management, training, and termination of staff.
- Assist in the development of company policies and procedures.
- Perform employee onboarding and conduct training sessions.
- Coordinate with HR team on employee matters including benefits, compensation, scheduling, etc.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, internal company policies, and HR department procedures.
- Coordinate performance management with the Director of Human Resources.
- Assist in the development of company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by Director of Human Resources or Management
- Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of Staffing/recruiting experience required.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels within a company; may require interaction with external community as well.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks effectively; may require interaction with external community as well.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required; intermediate.
- Proficiency in Google Site (Gmail, Docs) required.

Abacus Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a Staffing Specialist to join our team. The Staffing
Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the staffing department. This
position will work with Abacus Solutions Group, LLCs HR team to ensure a smooth and
efficient staff management and recruitment process. This position will also be responsible for
ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws, internal company policies, and HR
department procedures.
