About the Role: The Clinician ( Clinician ) is integral member of Community Reach Center's Residential Services Division Division. Monitors activities daily living clients provides skills-training as needed Documents intervention program activity maintains accurate timely clinical records Provides medication administration directed Colorado regulations facility policies procedures physician orders Coordinates care consumer families center staff external facilities ensure continuation care Attends participates supervision team meetings in-services education training opportunities Provides therapeutic crisis intervention emergency services required Monitors collection urine drug screens breathalyzers Responsible cooking aiding house laundry clean-up facility Transports consumers appointments needed Complete admission check-ins units provide regular safety checks units monitor clients regularly Maintains confidentiality consumer record Other duties assigned
