Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: Completion of accredited radiologic technology program
  
• Certifications Requirements: ARRT(R) or NMTCB, ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT, BLS certified
  
• Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of MRI technologist experience; previous travel experience preferred
  
• Other Requirements: Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, excellent patient care skills, strong attention to detail

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality MRI imaging services in accordance with departmental protocols and safety standards.
  
• Verify patient identity using two identifiers and prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and obtaining necessary medical histories.
  
• Operate MRI equipment, including administering contrast agents and ensuring accurate image capture.
  
• Monitor patient condition during procedures and respond promptly to any changes or emergencies.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, contrast administration, and patient interactions in the EMR system.
