- Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating updates and refreshes in software tools like Pardot and Salesforce to optimize sales processes and enhance customer experience.
- Report Generation: Generate reports to track progress metrics, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement to support decision-making processes.
- Data Management: Maintain and update sales databases with accurate information to ensure data integrity and facilitate efficient workflows.
- Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing presentations, scheduling meetings, and managing communication channels.
