    Endeavor Health Services is hiring a full-time EHR (Electronic Health Records) Software Specialist.THe EHR Software Specialist will be responsible for the overall functioning, optimization, testing, maintenance, training, and ongoing support of the EHR software applications required to support Agency programs and administrative functions.The EHR Software Specialist will be an active participant on the data, evaluation, and QI teams and consult with EHR users to ensure the EHR systems support identified current operating procedures and program objectives.

    The EHR Software Specialist will make recommendations for application modifications to improve clinic staff workflow efficiency and productivity.The EHR Software Specialistwill contribute to the effort to support ongoing improvements to clinic and organization operations by utilizing technology and training to it full potential.

    Responsibilities

    • EHR Superuser
      • Maintain knowledge and operations of the agency Electronic Health Records (Oracle Cerner, Millennium) as well as UKG and Relias which includes systems and updates
      • Liaison between Endeavor and Oracle Cerner Millennium
      • Advocates for the team by relaying EHR feedback to Oracle Cerner and SIG user groups
      • Build and maintain provider templates and forms
      • Grant access to Oracle Cerner Millennium
      • Password Management
      • Assist with EHR related Tech Support tickets when requested including triage connectivity issues
      • Project lead for upgrades, interfaces, databases, etc.
      • Assist providers and staff with Oracle Cerner Millennium issues
      • Provide ongoing support to users to maximize EHR effectiveness
      • Ability to analyze, prioritize and facilitate resolution of all EHR project related issues
      • Develops and executes test plans as directed
      • Take the lead on instilling good habits that keep the EHR protected from security threats
      • Demonstrates sound judgement in managing confidential matters with regard to clients, staff, and sensitive management issues
      • Assists in the reproduction of agency forms and assessments within EHR system
      • Attends and participates in individual supervisory conferences, staff meetings, training sessions and professional development opportunities as required
      • Handles emergency situations which may require flexibility of time and area assignment
    • Oracle Cerner Millennium Provider and Staff Training
      • Develop training content
      • Participate in onboarding training
      • Keep the team updated on the latest Oracle Cerner Millennium features and advancements
      • Organize EHR project implementation, testing, and maintenance activities
    • Optimization of Oracle Cerner Millennium
      • Standardize, streamline and document processes and procedures
      • Assists in the customization of EHR to better meet agency needs
      • Work with program staff to better utilize various enterprise allocations, electronic record systems and other health information technologies to meet program needs and goals, improve financial results and program quality outcomes
    • Reporting - Develops and validates reports
      • Creates, customizes and distributes reports based off of data entered into EHR system
      • Work with program and other agency departments to assure data integrity, promote data integration and quality outcomes
      • Work with Business Intelligence team to develop and maintain a list of reporting needs and frequency with which reports are to be generated
    • Assists with Payer Audits
    Job Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is required
    • At least one (1) year experience with Oracle Cerner Millennium system or equivalent EHR system is required
    • Information technology and systems knowledge required
    • Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle highly sensitive information of a confidential nature
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Adjust easily to changes in schedules and clinical staff
    • Function independently, have flexibility to work with all levels of personnel; clinical, professional, and clerical

    Salary $66,885 - $78,000 depending on education and experience.
