    Job DescriptionDRT Manufacturing, LLC is a leader in the precision machining industry and provides quality components and superior support.     We are currently seeking candidates for our Dayton, Ohio location for:

    CNC ID/ OD Grinder 2nd shift

    15% off shift incentive | Benefits from day 1 | 10 paid holidays

    Requirements:

    • Sets up and operate machines to grind parts to blueprint specifications.
    • Fills out production paperwork and inspection procedures as required.
    • Reports any problems or discrepancies to immediate supervisor.
    • Maintains tools, gages and equipment in a clean, orderly and safe manner.
    • Observes overall operation and performs regular daily maintenance on equipment and work area.
    • Complies with company policies and procedures giving special attention to safety regulations.
    • Willingness and capacity to learn more skills.
    • Working in tight tolerance environment (+/ a plus

    Advanced Requirements:

    • Follows blueprints, job orders and written or verbal instructions for product specifications such as finishes, dimensions, tolerances and understands precision grinding techniques.
