    Description

    Talent Consultant Group is partnered with an engineering firm who is looking to add a Civil Engineer to their growing team in Jacksonville, FL. This firm offers engineering, surveying, and planning services in the Southeast, including construction engineering and management.

    This engineer will primarily provide roadway design support for the team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Performs engineering assignments and works from designs of others, compiles data, performs elementary design computations, and prepares engineering plans.
    • Develop plans, specifications, and inspection reports as needed on assigned tasks to see that these items are complete, accurate, and in accordance with good engineering practice.
    • Works under close supervision; receives specific and detailed instruction as to required tasks and results expected.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (recent graduate)
    • Certified E.I.T.
    • Knowledge of CADD (Auto CADD and Civil 3D preferred)
    • The ability to work well as part of a team, be self-motivated, and be flexible to accomplish given tasks.
