    Vetted is seeking a RN - Hospice Palliative Care for a travel job in Sacramento, California.

    Must have 2+ years of experience.

    This contract pays approximately $13,638/month gross.

    Assignment details:

    • Contract length: 13 weeks
    • Shift length: 8 hour shifts
    • Hours per week: 40
    • Start Date: ASAP

    Job responsibilities:

    • Document care delivered, patient response, and communications in the medical record.
    • Communicate clinically relevant updates to providers to support timely decision-making.
    • Support care coordination activities across providers to promote continuity of care.
    • Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
