    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

    A school in the Saint Clair, Washington areais looking to hire a school-based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time position. This position is needed immediately. Candidates must have active certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

    • Elementary Caseload
    • Ability to implement and instruct others in the implementation of behavior modification plans and crisis intervention techniques
    • Ability to participate in monitoring and ensuring appropriate student behavior
    • Ability to accurately record students behaviors and their responses to the implemented interventions
